Trimming and Bending of Stainless Steel & Aluminum Tubing for the Automotive Industry
Advance Tube Engineering relied on superior cutting, trimming, deburring, polishing and bending processes to fabricate these featured steel and aluminum tubes to be used in the Automotive Industry. Workign with T-304 stainless steel, 6061 Aluminum and a customer supplied print, we were able to produce these tubes which are used as various oil and water lines. After completing the bend process, we then added a bead on either end which allows the customer to add rubber hoses secured by clamps.
